30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unopened and in their original condition. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

How to Process a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@newworldhealthbrands.com within 30 days of your order date. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return.
  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products not in their original condition or packaging
  • Products that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges (if applicable)
